The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Physical Therapy has an exciting opportunity for a full time Occupational Therapist 2 to work in Doral, FL. The Occupational Therapist II plans and conducts individualized occupational therapy programs to help patients develop, regain, or maintain their ability to perform daily activities. Additionally, the incumbent teaches patients skills and techniques and how to use adaptive equipment to participate in activities. The Occupational Therapist II also studies, evaluates, and records patients' activities and progress. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Demonstrates and articulates sound clinical reasoning in synthesizing complex evaluation data, identifying diagnosis, and developing a comprehensive care plan. 2.
