To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in the Group Legal Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Belgium . What you'll do: Compliance team, reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance. Act as a senior member of the Lotus Legal & Compliance team, working closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance to provide strategic legal support and commercial consultancy across the global business, with a primary focus on Europe. Support the commercial function by advising on a broad range of legal and strategic matters, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts, as well as communications with suppliers, distributors, and commercial partners. Advise on and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial arrangements, with particular focus on distribution, retail and aftersales agreements; IP licensing agreements; procurement agreements for the supply of goods and services; and related sales and distribution documentation, including compliance with EU data protecti...
