Qualifications: Job Summary: Ossian Hardware is a family owned business that provides an outstanding customer service experience consistent with company values. This will be a floating position. Most hours will mainly be at Ossian Hardware but will be asked to also float at Markle Hardware. The main task of a sales associate is to assist customers and maintain a clean and efficient sales floor.
