Account Manager - Northern Portugal - ( 25010611 ) Description What you will contribute: Within MoneyGram International SA Portugal , the Account Manager - Northern Portugal will be responsible for expanding the agent network in the designated region by identifying potential customers and signing contracts with new agents in line with the company's strategy. He or she will also be the first point of contact for agents to resolve issues, manage customer support, and identify improvements within the department that will facilitate increased transaction volume. What you’ll do: - Support management in implementing business plans and targets (network, volumes, and profitability). - Support retail sales by expanding the sub-network of agents in designated regions. - Contact potential agents by phone, in writing, and in person, highlighting MoneyGram's products and services, as well as the mutual benefits of becoming an agent. - Maintain a database of all potential agents, including their contact information and business activity status. - Ensure that all sales activity reports are reviewed, analyzed, and followed up on as needed. - Ensure compliance with standards for all documentation r...
