Are you customer service oriented and have a good understanding of assessing pre-owned vehicles? Servco is looking for a Used Car Purchasing Specialist to assist with purchasing pre-owned vehicles directly from customers at our Used Car Buying Center. Responsibilities: Receive in-bound calls and make out-bound calls to schedule appointments for sellers to meet with the Used Car Buying Center Manager or Used Car Purchasing Specialist Source used car sales leads via Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Appraise vehicles on site and remotely using digital software Obtain Buying Center Manager’s approval to purchase pre-owned vehicles Communicate purchase price to customer and inform Buying Center Manager if customer accepts or wants to negotiate further Assist Buying Center Manager with obtaining purchase documents and have customer properly complete purchase documents Obtain vehicle keys from customer and transport vehicle to Servco Pre-owned lot Requirements: High School graduate or equivalent Business or Auto Technology degree preferred Minimum of two years of customer service work experience Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to operate standard shift prefer...
