Job Description: Northwestern Medicine has an exciting outpatient opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead the newly established Lung Health Center within CTI. The Lung Health Center is designed to improve lung cancer screening rates through comprehensive respiratory health assessments, patient triage, care coordination, and longitudinal follow-up.
