Job description

Opticca Consulting is seeking a Senior Ansible Automation Engineer involving the deployment and migration to Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) on Microsoft Azure. The consultant will play a key role in standing up a new AAP environment and migrating automation assets from an existing Ansible Tower environment, including playbooks, roles, RBAC configurations, and automation pipelines. This role requires strong expertise in enterprise automation, Linux/Windows configuration management, and Ansible Automation Platform architecture. Key Responsibilities: Ansible Automation Platform Deployment - Install and configure Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) in an Azure environment - Configure execution nodes / execution environments - Establish secure connectivity with target environments including Windows via WinRM - Configure AAP components including controllers, inventories, and credentials Automation Migration: - Develop migration scripts to move automation assets from legacy Ansible Tower to AAP Migrate and validate: - Ansible playbooks - Roles - Job templates - Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) - Inventory structures Automation Content Migration: Support migration and val...
