Evening and weekend availability prefered. Job Responsibilities: - Provides high quality, safe and motivating instruction based on WERQ formats; provides adaptations based on individual needs. - Increases member retention by providing personalized member experiences and building positive relationships with and among members, staff, volunteers and/or guests. Creates a supportive and uplifting community environment. - Facilitates the development of small communities, helping members to connect with other members. - Ensures the safety of all members and guests. - Be available to support fellow instructors by subbing where possible. - Utilize our fitness instructor app as an information hub, sub requests, attendance tracking, etc. - Work within our class perimeters of in-person, virtual and outdoors - Utilize excellent communication skills with members, coworkers and supervisors - Complete required facility training programs when nece...
