A bit about the role: At Youth Projects, our Workforce Partnerships & Pathways Lead plays a key role in creating meaningful employment opportunities for people experiencing disadvantage by building strong relationships with employers, industry and community partners. Working across programs and partners throughout Melbourne’s western suburbs, this role focuses on developing pathways that lead to real opportunities in training and employment. You’ll connect participants with opportunities, support transitions and help shape pathways that are practical, inclusive and responsive to both participant goals and employer needs. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust, identify opportunities and support sustainable outcomes. It’s a role for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thinking strategically and turning connections into real-world impact.
