Job Overview The Business Applications Support Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business and operational requirements into functional specifications for non-Epic applications within Deaconess Health System. This role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to non-Epic applications, driving process improvements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions. The Analyst will also be responsible for maintaining system documentation, server maintenance, and system optimization efforts. This position also involves managing projects, collaborating with other analysts and IT teams, and ensuring that solutions meet both current and future business needs.
