Overview Join Pennrose for an exciting and immersive Summer Internship Program designed to introduce local students to the local field of affordable housing real estate development. Throughout the course of the summer, interns will gain hands-on experience, develop professional skills, and participate in networking opportunities at our corporate office located in Philadelphia, PA.Internship placements may be available in one or more of the following departments:Real Estate DevelopmentAccounting MarketingHuman Resources Asset ManagementProperty Management & OperationsAssignments are based on organizational needs and candidate interests.
