About the Role: The People & Culture Coordinator plays a critical coordination and administration role within the People & Culture (P&C) function. Acting as a connector across the department, you will also play a key role in maintaining P&C SharePoint sites, IT permissions, document libraries, and budget monitoring. The role provides high-quality administrative, secretariat and project coordination support to the EGM People & Culture and the People & Culture Leadership Team (PCLT), enabling the wider P&C function to operate efficiently, accurately, and in line with governance and compliance expectations.
