Job description

We are looking to expand our Development team with the addition of a Senior Development Manager in our Central Office. The role is a fixed-term (6 months), full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced development professional with 8–12+ years in property development or project delivery, who is looking for a role with meaningful work with an organisation which gives back to the local community. The Senior Development Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of complex social and affordable housing development projects, from early-stage feasibility and site identification through to planning, procurement, delivery and completion. The role plays a central part in shaping development outcomes, ensuring projects are commercially viable, operationally effective and aligned with organisational objectives, including the delivery of high-quality, sustainable and community-focused housing.
