Job Duties: Associate, Product Management with Folio Financial, Inc. in Dallas, Texas. Manage projects from start to finish and deliver new features and new applications to our clients. Work on complex custody & clearing product initiatives by collaborating with various stakeholders to understand, prioritize, and solve the problems by engaging with engineering teams. Build and own product backlog(s) in JIRA and organize various initiatives with concise business requirements. Engage with adjacent product teams and regional colleagues to drive product synergies and collaborate with technology and operations teams to develop new features, improve existing services, and streamline processes. Turn solid insights into problems to be solved by analyzing data to understand user journeys, increased wallet shares, identify market trends, regulatory changes, and client demands. Ideation of new product features, enhancements, gather requirements, create visuals to illustrate requirements to technical and non-technical audience.
