SUMMARY: The Base Operations Associate is a dynamic, guest-facing role responsible for supporting multiple operational and service functions across Tamarack Resort’s base areas. This position flexes across winter mountain operations and summer marina operations, ensuring a seamless, safe, and welcoming guest experience year-round. Associates are cross trained to support ticketing, rentals, retail, sports school, parking and base setup, tune shop services, and summer marina operations. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy variety, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service.
