In this role, you will work closely with experienced lawyers across multiple jurisdictions, supporting a range of initiatives including commercial contracts, dispute resolution, litigation, and employment law matters, as well as conducting legal and regulatory research and mapping and tracking key regulatory developments in areas such as data privacy, AI regulations, GLBA, FINRA, EU frameworks including DORA and GDPR, and broader anti-money laundering, fraud/financial crime, and compliance regulations.
