Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned depending upon operational needs - Participate in or lead specific studies directed at continuous manufacturing improvement and/or production process optimization in all the aforementioned departments as assigned. - Assist Production Manager or Production Superintendents in troubleshooting production process issues as required. - Assist Production Manager or Production Superintendents in developing key manufacturing performance strategies and reports. - Participate in plant expansion efforts by reviewing Process P&ID’s and acting as a direct contact with the Engineering Group. - Gain valuable fermentation process knowledge, both internally and at other locations, to better equip yourself for accomplishing duties and responsibilities listed above and for succession planning purposes. - Become a key resource in the optimization and integration of the plant operating and ERP systems.
