Position Overview: The Manager, Technical Private Destinations, is responsible for overseeing the construction and technical readiness of destination facilities, systems, and infrastructure. This role ensures all capital projects are executed to the standards required for safe, reliable, and efficient long‑term operation and maintenance. In parallel with construction oversight, the Project Manager supports daily technical operations, ensuring all systems function seamlessly to uphold safety, compliance, operational continuity, and a high-quality guest experience.
