Staff Software Engineer

ABOUT THIS POSITION: We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for our Eligibility product. This is a hands‑on, force‑multiplier role for an experienced engineer who leads through code, system design, and technical influence, not people management. In this role, you will tackle the most complex technical challenges within the product, helping ensure our backend systems are high‑performance, resilient, and built to scale. You’ll work closely with other senior engineers and engineering leadership to shape solutions while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day development.
