Responsibilities: Review and document change orders, service requests, and work orders. Coordinate with the Service Manager on project progress, service priorities and final project details. Dispatch technicians with clear job instructions and required documentation. Monitor job performance, material usage, and completion timelines. Provide regular updates to clients and maintain strong customer relationships. Support field crews by overseeing and reviewing repairs, inspections, and maintenance work. Resolve on-site issues and ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Manage service inventory, equipment, and fleet compliance.
