Job description

The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse renders care remotely to CentraCare anticoagulation patients. They work as a valuable member of the interprofessional patient care team, making independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider. The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse has mastered technical skill and uses evidence-based interventions in providing age-appropriate care to patients and families. The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse collaborates with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified. Schedule: - Full-time | 64 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud - Day shift | 8am-5pm - No weekends or holidays - This is a temporary position ending in October Qualifications: CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
