What You’ll Do: - Lead Enterprise Delivery Strategy - Build and oversee a scalable delivery framework that ensures consistent execution across technology, operations, and business initiatives. Establish standards, cadences, and governance that drive clarity and accountability. - Translate Strategy into Execution - Partner directly with executive leadership and divisional heads to convert strategic objectives into structured roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes. - Own End-to-End Initiative Delivery - Oversee planning, resource alignment, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple concurrent programs. Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery. - Establish Operational Excellence - Implement delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or structured frameworks) appropriate to the business environment. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and reporting transparency. - Manage Cross-Functional Alignment - Act as the connective tissue between engineering, product, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders.
