Job Description Summary: The Supply Planning Manager is responsible to ensure long and short term continuity of supply of finished products and co-products to our customers while optimizing FMAp resource allocation, meeting established specifications and schedules. This role focuses on long and short term manufacturing planning, considering available capacity, ensuring production volume meets sales forecasts and actual orders What You’ll Do for Us: Demand Management: - Collect and validate available customers’ volume forecasts. Gather any missing data or proactively validate any questionable forecast information with customers. - Continuously compare customer forecasts to business plan to confirm forecast accuracy and volume changes throughout the year. - Lead forecast review and forecast performance sessions with key customers. - Review, analyze and update forecasts in the ERP system and MRP run data. - Prepare and host monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings with the management team, including other relevant parties to ensure the operational plan is signed off by all functions. - Prepare monthly volume Rolling Estimate for Finance.
