Head of Corporate credit research

Job description

The position is a managerial and research publishing role. The team is composed of research strategists focussing on corporate sectors and performing credit analysis on Investment Grade bond issuers. The person writes sell-side fundamental views on issuers, bond market strategy notes and general sector(s) analysis. Regular visits and presentations to bond investors is an essential part of the job. The strategist works closely with ING corporate traders, credit sales and the bank’s Debt Capital Market (DCM) department. Participation to the writing of private loan issuer profiles (Schuldschein) is an important task for DCM’s business line. The strategist also actively contributes to analysis and publications on themes at sector level in collaboration with members of the global team, notably sector economists. Wholesale Banking is a significant stakeholder and requires alignment with the sectors’ priorities and exposure to the corporate clients of the banks.
