Job Summary Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process, and performance review process Job Responsibilities: - Owns and enforces the scheduling, work execution process and performance review process from E-5 to E+1, ensures adherence to applicable work management procedures. - Facilitates and enforces process including: Scope stability, milestone adherence, work order restraints, job durations to improve resource utilization for scheduled work. - Ensures coordination issues, gaps, and exceptions to the above are identified, owned, and tracked to closure. - Ensure accountability for meeting the work week process. - Supervise bargaining unit personnel, including conducting personnel evaluations, coaching and disciplinary actions. REQUIRED: DESIRED: - BS degree - In lieu of a degree must have equivalent work scheduling experience within the power nuclear industry - Minimum 6 years nuclear power plant experience in: Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Work Management or equivalent Naval Nuclear experience. - Minimum 3 Years Leadership experience. - Strong knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (PWR or BWR). - Must meet and maintain Nuclear’ s requirements for Une...
