This role will see you manage the amazing fields at the UNSW David Phillips Centre located in Daceyville. Oversee all aspects of site operations including scheduling, resource management, client liaison and leadership and development of a dedicated team. About You: - You are a qualified in sports turf management with a strong background working across high quality sports field sites. - You are computer literate and have excellent organisational skills. - You have previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role where you have proven yourself to be able to motivate and develop your team members to get the best out of them. This role will have responsibility for performance management of staff and also ensuring successful training of apprentices. - Above all, you have a can-do attitude and thrive under pressure - no two days will be the same in this fast-paced role.
