Day to day, the role combines high-quality teaching with practical delivery in a performance setting, so you’ll be supported to plan well, stay organised and keep learners motivated and progressing. Please note, there are two 1 FTE vacancies available for this post. Leadership is approachable and focused on consistency, safeguarding and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the Curriculum Manager and colleagues through course team meetings, shared resources and regular review of learner progress, with coaching and professional development to help you build confidence and impact.
