About the Role: As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Senior Benefits Analyst is responsible for the management and administration of employee benefits—including pension, insurance, wellbeing, and statutory programs—across the UK, Italy, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany, France, Spain, and Dubai. The role ensures accurate day-to-day delivery of benefit programs, strong vendor management, and compliance across a diverse regional footprint.
