The person selected for this role will ensure that the production and warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. The qualified candidate will lead the team to meet daily operational and business metrics, monitor employees’ performance, support production and warehouse activities . The role is responsible for effective people management, including leading, coaching, and developing team members to achieve individual and operational objectives. This includes providing clear direction and guidance on day‑to‑day activities, setting performance expectations, conducting regular feedback and performance reviews, and addressing performance or behavioural issues in a timely and constructive manner.
