Overview The Revenue Growth Manager (RGM) – US will be responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic pricing, trade spend optimization, and a relentless focus on retailer promotional effectiveness. This role will lead post-promotional analysis to ensure learnings are embedded in future planning, enabling smarter investment of promotional dollars and improved business outcomes. Create PPA, segmentation, bundle strategy across brick & mortar/e-commerce retailers to maximize top and bottom line growth. Responsibilities: - Promotional Effectiveness & Post-Promotional Analysis - Design and implement frameworks to measure and improve the ROI of retailer promotions across all US channels. - Lead post-promotional analysis, evaluating incremental sales, margin impact, and shopper behavior to inform future promotional strategies. - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to optimize promotional calendars, mechanics, and investment allocation. - Develop and share best practices for post-event evaluation, ensuring insights drive continuous improvement. - Partner with Global Sodastream RGM on PPA, Segmentation & Bundle strategy for US market - Analyze Gross-to...
