Overview Celanese is hiring an Early Careers Recruiter to lead and grow our campus and early talent recruiting strategy across the Americas. This highly visible role plays a critical part in building strong partnerships with universities, engaging students and early career professionals, and attracting top talent into internships, co-ops, apprenticeships, and full-time roles. The Early Careers Recruiter works closely with hiring managers, Talent Acquisition leadership, and business stakeholders while representing Celanese on campus and in the broader community. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with program management, event planning, and system ownership.
