Job Purpose: Weatherford has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wireline Field Operator II to join the Wireline Team in Peine, Germany. The Wireline Field Operator II will be responsible for the installation, repair, and routine servicing of Wireline-related equipment both in the field and the shop. This hands-on role involves operating Weatherford’s equipment and systems, following detailed technical procedures, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services to our clients. We can consider applications from candidates within the EU who have a valid EU passport and/or work permit. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Perform field operations for Wireline equipment. - Provide on-site support to the Field Supervisor, ensuring adherence to Weatherford service quality standards and client expectations. - Ensure proper rig-up/rig-down of equipment following strict work instructions and safety protocols. - Maintain or assist with accurate job records and complete detailed reports. - Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA); report issues promptly using company reporting tools. - Maintain a safe, organized, and presentable work envi...
