Job description

As a key operational leader within a fast-paced, service-driven distribution environment, the Warehouse Manager ensures that daily receiving, picking, staging, loading, and delivery activities run efficiently; customer orders are accurate and on time; labor productivity targets are met; safety standards are upheld; and inventory remains accurate and controlled. Key Responsibilities: Strategic & Operational Execution: Execute the operational components of the company’s strategic plan at the branch level. Lead daily warehouse huddles focused on safety, service, labor productivity, and inventory accuracy. Review daily operating reports and address performance gaps immediately. Warehouse Operations & Service Delivery: Oversee daily receiving, picking, staging, loading, and delivery coordination. Maintain structured quality control processes to minimize incorrect deliveries. Ensure accurate staging and load verification prior to dispatch. Monitor route efficiency and coordinate with drivers for timely departures.
