TL;DR: We're looking for a Chief of Staff to support our CEO and Leadership Team and operate at the heart of Hallow, driving cohesion, clarity, and communication as a trusted partner across the organization. You will truly be a force multiplier across the company, embodying Hallow’s values of Hustle and Leadership. We’re at a thrilling junction in Hallow’s growth, and you’ll be a key player in taking our mission to new heights. What You'll Do: - Right hand to the CEO: You’ll support Alex, our CEO and co-founder, across communication, project management, and project execution. You’ll anticipate needs, see opportunities for growth, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Some tasks will feel administrative, others strategic. You’ll move fast while maintaining attention to detail. - Lead cross-functional projects: You’ll work alongside the Leadership Team at Hallow to support initiatives spanning Product, Marketing, AI, Content, Sales, and Internal Functions. You’ll take many new projects from 0 to 1. - Own the operating rhythm of Hallow: You’ll improve how Hallow runs — managing meeting cadences, pre-reads, and action items.
