Senior Sourcing Manager - People Manager/Indirect Location: San Carlos, CA (on-site): About 1X: We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. Role Overview: We are seeking a Indirect Team Manager to lead Infrastructure and Indirect Sourcing at 1X. This role is a people manager responsible for building, developing, and scaling a high-performing sourcing team that supports facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, and corporate services as the company grows. This role requires strong judgment, prioritization, and people leadership in an environment where not everything is fully defined.
