Who We Are Robert Half is seeking a Senior Accountant II, External Reporting to join the External Reporting team. This team prepares the Robert Half's consolidated financial reports which are filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K. This group also prepares and analyzes consolidated monthly and ad-hoc reports for senior management, providing explanations as needed for significant fluctuations in periodic results. In addition, this team is a key interface with our external auditors with respect to financial presentations in our quarterly and annual filings. What You'll Do: - Prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K, including presentation of all financial statements, footnotes, and drafting of Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A). - Responsible for compliance with XBRL, including data tagging and custom tag definition as required. - Perform GAAP and SEC technical research and communicates findings to senior management as required. - Assess impact of new accounting pronouncements on Robert Half's financial statements. - Create and maintain monthly reporting package for Robert Half and Pro...
