What you will do in this role: 100% telecommuting role. Reports to company headquarters in Richardson, TX. Can work remotely or telecommute up to 100% of the time - Lead Agile pod and utilize strong knowledge of user experience research methodologies and best practices, including A/B testing, to drive growth of website down the full shopping funnel - Serve as Growth and Experimentation leader and collaborate closely with partners in engineering, design, analytics, and merchandising - Determine eCommerce strategies to build features and capabilities to grow customer base and improve engagement - Manage a pod of development, analytics, and UX/UI experts to execute experimentation and implementation of winning results - Own the enhancements and experimentation roadmap, ensuring strong and creative backlog of experimentation ideas that align with a unified global roadmap to meet the needs of multiple regions - Collaborate with digital transformation, regional merchandisers, and Digital IT to plan a cross-functional roadmap - Translate product strategy into key objectives, feature deliverables, and acceptance criteria to lead discovery and execution - Manage roadmap prioritization, capa...
