We are looking for a Billing System Analyst who will: Act as the first point of contact for incidents, performing initial validation, categorization, and prioritization, and ensuring proper routing to the appropriate teams with clear and complete technical information. Log into production environments to perform operational tasks, initial investigations, and basic issue resolution. Monitor system activities and alerts across multiple products, identifying issues and taking appropriate actions. Ensure end-to-end ticket governance by tracking progress, driving timely resolution, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, even when tickets are handled by other teams. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures. Support service performance tracking by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
