The salary ranges from £34,000 to £40,000 . Purpose of the Role: To lead on asset management matters across the company’s property portfolio, focusing on developing and delivering refurbishment programmes that enhances property rental appeal and adherence to legislative compliance. Assist in matters of technical maintenance where required and generate new revenue streams via planned preventative maintenance activities.
