Company: Allegheny Health Network Job Description: GENERAL OVERVIEW: The Behavioral Health Community Educator, in conjunction with leadership, will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive behavioral health community education program. They will coordinate with community organizations and nonprofits to educate them on the behavioral health adult and geriatric programming and psychiatric unit at Saint Vincent Hospital. They will assist with the referral process and help develop referral pipelines in the community to support the SVH psychiatric unit. They will maintain and disseminate accurate community education information and coordinate the units' external communications. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Implements a community education program that promote Saint Vincent Hospital (SVH) adult and geriatric psychiatric units within Northwest, PA.
