About the Role ProAmpac, a nearly $5 billion packaging company, is seeking an M365 & Collaboration Analyst to join our Cloud & Digital Workplace Services team. This is a 100% remote, hands-on operational role. You will own SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, Microsoft Teams collaboration governance, and Power Platform environment ownership across a rapidly growing multi-site manufacturing environment. ProAmpac is scaling through acquisition, growing from approximately 4,500 to 7,000+ employees and from 50+ to 100+ manufacturing sites by end of 2026. You will be governing collaboration platforms at scale, building Power Platform automations that reduce operational toil, and supporting SharePoint and OneDrive migrations as new companies are integrated into the tenant. You will work closely with a Senior M365 & Identity Analyst and an M365 & Identity Analyst II, with cross-training across the team ensuring full coverage.
