Job description
Serve as a trusted compensation expert responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating global and off-shore pay practices, and maintaining accurate compensation data. Provide high‑quality reporting and insights that support strategic planning, workforce decisions, and the effective administration of the Company’s compensation programs worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Stock Plan Administration & Executive Compensation - Partner with HR and business leaders on pay strategy, performance outcomes, and talent decisions. - Produce clear and accurate analysis that informs executive decision-making on market positioning, internal equity, and pay outcomes across regions. - Evaluate market data and compensation trends and make recommendations for new hire salaries, promotional increases and market adjustments for both onshore and offshore roles. - Facilitate annual salary planning exercise, including budget processes, modeling and development of offshore rates and salary bands. - Ensure planning software is accurately configured and up to date. - Facilitate the end-to-end process for annual bonus administration, including collecting and validating bonus data, coordinating payroll proc...
