Reporting to to the Customer Service Manager and working in a highly motivated team, we are excited to be recruiting for this role that will be responsible for supporting our retail network of our wonderful brands Arc'teryx, Salomon and Wilson in delivering high level customer service and retail operations. Responsibilities will include: - Customer service support to retail partners and all brand stores - Own and manage the customer service function for our retail brands - Resolve enquiries, complaints, and issues quickly and professionally - Create, edit, and manage SAP sales orders, returns, and credits. - Consult customers on product related topics via phone or email - Collect orders via email and create sales orders in SAP - Actively manage retail order book / backorders across all brand categori...
