Job Summary: This is a key succession and leadership role focused on learning, preserving, and ultimately owning Servometer’s unique electroplating processes. The role will work closely with a long-tenured plating expert to document institutional knowledge and ensure continuity of this core capability. The Plating Department Supervisor oversees daily plating operations, supervises the on-site chemist, and partners with Engineering and Quality to maintain consistent, high-precision results. The role also supports continuous improvement initiatives, wastewater treatment oversight, and day-to-day leadership of the plating team.
