Job Title: Financial Controller – US & Canada Location : Reston, Virginia (hybrid – 2/3 days in office) Type: Permanent, full-time: About the role: We are seeking a Financial Controller to lead finance and controlling activities across our US and Canada region. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, and effective collaboration with stakeholders across BSI’s North American operations. This opportunity is suited to a qualified finance professional with strong IFRS expertise, regional experience, and the ability to lead and develop teams while partnering effectively in a matrix organisation. As a senior leadership role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for financial oversight, reporting, and compliance, acting as a trusted partner to regional leadership while ensuring robust financial controls across the business.
