Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and ha nds-on E-Commerce Manager to jo in our Team, based in Berlin, Germany. About the role: As E-Commerc e Manager you are responsible for overseeing and driving our online revenue growth by optimi zing the sales channel, improving customer journeys, and executing data-driven strategie s . This role works closely with other teams to scale and deliver seamless end-to- end e-commerce experience . Responsibilities: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience. Manage day-to-day operations on site , such as visual merchandise , pricing , and promotions . Daily quality assurance checks to ensure all actions are accurate , manage and report issues that impact the presentation of products online. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for sales and site performance as well as customer behavior , including website traffic, CVR, CTR , and others. Implement A/B testing and CRO strategies to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion behavior .
