The Virginia Theatre Event Supervisor oversees front-of-house operations during performances and special events, serving as the on-site lead for staff and volunteers while coordinating with security and facility partners. You’ll play a key role in delivering a safe, organized, and welcoming experience for every patron who walks through the doors. Summary of Responsibilities: Oversee front-of-house operations for public and private events at the Virginia Theatre Manage patron entry, crowd flow, seating, and overall event logistics Supervise part-time staff and volunteers to ensure excellent customer service and policy compliance Assign duties, provide guidance, and support volunteers during events Coordinate with contracted security, custodial services, and building staff Assist with event setup, teardown, and post-event cl...
