We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to become a key part of our cross-functional product team, building impactful digital solutions for the public sector. In this role, you won’t just design interfaces—you’ll help create meaningful, user-centered experiences that improve how people interact with essential services. In this role you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to drive design decisions from concept to delivery. As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of the design process, ensuring that every solution is both intuitive and impactful. You’ll be contributing to a long-term project with a federal ministry in Germany—an opportunity to see your work make a real difference at scale. In this position you can work remotely from within Germany, but you will also have have quarterly on-site team meetings to align, collaborate, and connect in person.
