Description The Petro Pool Supervisor at the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, under the direction of the Aquatic Director, will assist with the responsibility for all components of the Petro Pool while maintaining a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. The Petro Pool Supervisor will assist with the operation of the facility, coach staff, and manage administrative duties and record-keeping. The Community Pool is open from June 22nd to August 16th. Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 11:00am-5:00pm (hours are subject to change with extra programming). A regular schedule will be provided. **This position requires responsibilities prior to the opening of the pool (2 weeks in advance) to ready the facility for the season.
