What you’ll do: As a Community Connections Worker, you’ll play a key role in strengthening social connection, wellbeing and inclusion across the southern metropolitan region. Based at Christies Beach, this position combines intake and assessment responsibilities with a strong community development focus, supporting people aged 18–64 to build independence, increase access to services and strengthen their connection to community.
